Radoi began his coaching career in 2015 when he led Steaua Bucharest, then worked as a sports director for the Romanian Olympic team, then as its technical director, before taking over the leadership of the first Romanian national team, then the Universitatea Craiova club in his country, and finally the Saudi club Al-Tai.
