Abdulaziz Al Mazmi, a member of the technical committee and supervisor of the first and reserve teams, told the media center after the match between Al Bataeh and Al Dhafra, which ended in a 1-1 draw: “Undoubtedly, one point is not enough for us, and we are not satisfied with it. However, we always look at the positive side, which is that we are on the right track to achieve our goal. The first team’s performance has improved, as we have not suffered a loss in five matches. Regarding today’s match, we deserved to win, considering our performance in the second half, the missed opportunities, and how we neutralized Al Dhafra’s attacking threats for most of the match. We also missed key players like Daniel Bessa, Mohammed Juma, and the new signing, Nouha Diko. We are satisfied with the work of the coaching staff, led by Farhad Majidi, and with the players. I thank them for their great efforts. We still have a lot of work ahead of us, and we worked hard during the winter transfer window with the support of the chairman and members of the board of directors, to whom we extend our sincere thanks. We also thank the clubs that cooperated with us, such as Sharjah, Al Nasr, Shabab Al Ahli, and Kalba.”
