AlBataeh came out with a point from its match against Kalba, which took place between them at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah for the second round of the ADNOC Pro League, which ended in a goalless draw, thus adding AlBataeh the fourth point, and continues its steadfastness against Kalba, refusing to lose to it for the fourth time in a row since the promotion to the Professional League.
The match saw the referee expel Kalba coach Farhad Majidi, for his repeated protests against refereeing decisions.
AlBataeh coach Mirel Radoi adopted a balanced way of playing in defense and attack, and the squad succeeded in applying the tactical method, but only lacked goals.
With the passage of time, AlBataeh gradually approached the visitors’ goal, and Cameroonian Anatole almost visited the net, but he did not succeed in dealing with Sekou Baba’s pass to miss an opportunity for Al-Bataeh to settle the match in the 37th minute to end the first half with a goalless draw.
In the second half, AlBataeh revealed his real desire to win the result of the match, through the attacks that led him towards the goal of Kalba, but it lacked the final touch, and the referee canceled a goal for AlBataeh scored by Anatol after returning to the mouse technique for offside.
