Croatian coach Goran Tomic said that they are facing Al Nasr, which is considered one of the most prepared clubs in ADNOC Pro League, and added during the press conference for the match:

I sincerely congratulate Al Nasr on this escalating performance in the recent period, and this is what will make the match difficult for us, and he continued: “We are also living a good period, especially after the last two wins against Kalba and Al Jazira, as well as playing at home gives us great motivation to achieve a positive result.”

Goran revealed his feeling playing against his former team for the first time since leaving it, and added: “I have beautiful memories with Al Nasr Club, which is the first club I work in the UAE, but now I am the coach of Al Bataeh and I will work to achieve a positive result for my team.”

For his part, midfielder Ismail Al Zaabi described the match against Al Nasr as difficult, considering that they are playing against a good team whose level has developed a lot in the recent period, and added during the introductory press conference:

Our superiority over Al-Nasr in previous matches is not a complex, but a passion that makes us strive to win in any match we play.

Regarding his non-selection in the list of our last Olympic national team, Al-Zaabi said:
