Al Bataeh coach Mohammed Al Raisi spoke in his first statement after taking over the team’s training duties, saying: “I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the chairman and members of the board of directors of Al Bataeh Football Club for the trust they have given me to coach the first team. I also thank the former coach Goran Tomic and I will try hard to complete the work towards achieving positive results as the team includes distinguished elements of experienced players and foreign players at a high level. Despite the short time for the upcoming match with Al-Orobah, we will try to work on the psychological and mental aspect in the first place and some technical matters. I am not a stranger to Al Bataeh Club as I am one of its sons and I know the players as most of them played matches under my leadership in the Professional League under 23 years old and all we hope for is to get the team out of the series of negative results.”
