Al Bataeh Football Club has contracted with the national coach Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al Hayas to train the 23-year-old team. Al Hayas is considered one of the national training competencies and holds the Asian Pro LICENS training license. He has a training career in the age groups of clubs in the Emirates and Ras Al Khaimah. He was an assistant coach for the first team at Al Taawoun and Al Hamriyah clubs, and a coach for the 21-year-old team at Al Arabi Club in Umm Al Quwain, with whom he won the league championship title and was runner-up in the cup.
