Al-Bataeh team refused to leave the professional league, and adhered to staying with the big clubs, despite losing to Al-Ain team with a score (5/2), during the match that brought them together at Hazaa Stadium in Al-Ain, within the last round of the ADNOC Professional League, where he remained on his score ( 21 points), in the twelfth place, benefiting from the stumbling of its direct competitor, the Dibba team, in a draw against Al Dhafra, with a score of (1/1), while Al Ain kept the rank in the ranking, with (45 points).

The goals of the Al Ain team were scored by the Ukrainian Yarmolenko in the two minutes (2, 61), the Togolese Laba Kodjo in the two minutes (20, 47,) and Jonatas in the (79) minute, while the goals of Al-Bataeh were scored by Lawrence Du in the minute (52), and Anatole Bang, in the minute (68)
