The Board of Directors of Al Bataeh Football Club, chaired by His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis Al Ketbi, held its first meeting on Wednesday evening, June 5, at the club’s headquarters in Al Bataeh. The meeting reviewed the strategic plan and the company’s requirements for the next phase.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Bataeh Cultural and Sports Club and Chairman of the Football Company, expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi – may God protect him – for his trust, blessings, and unlimited support for sports and athletes in the Emirate of Sharjah. The Board of Directors also extended its sincere thanks to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, for his support and continued follow-up of the sports movement in the emirate, and to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, for their support and continued follow-up of athletes in the emirate.

Board of Directors of Sharjah Sports Council also expressed its thanks for the efforts made to develop sports in the emirate. His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis Al Ketbi urged the members to exert effort and work as one team to achieve the desired goals set for the football company and the first team. The Council extended its sincere thanks to the previous Board of Directors of the company, headed by His Excellency Khalfan Saif Al Masafri, for their previous efforts in the club. Al Ketbi called on the members to hold the second meeting after Eid Al Adha to distribute the administrative portfolios and begin the tasks that will be distributed to the members and form the work teams
